The free 13 Days of Halloween Challenge ends on 30 October, but Pole Rage members will continue to have access to selected challenge videos for another month, depending on their membership:

No. The 13 Days of Halloween Challenge is completely free and you don’t need a Pole Rage membership to take part.

For the pole-based challenges, you’ll need access to a pole. For the off-the-pole strength challenges, you’ll need a pair of light dumbbells.

Each daily email will let you know what you need for that day’s challenge, so you can get set up before you start. 🖤

The challenges will vary each day, with content aimed at beginner to intermediate pole dancers.

Some days will be more beginner-friendly, while others may be a little more challenging. I’ll let you know the level in each daily email, so you know what to expect before you start. 🖤

Promoter: Pole Rage®.

Prize: One winner will receive 6 months of Pole Rage Full Access, worth approximately £180. The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.

How to enter: Take part in the Pole Rage 13 Days of Halloween Challenge and share a photo or video of yourself completing a challenge to your Instagram, Tiktok or Facebook Story or Reel, tagging @PoleRage.

Entries: Each different challenge shared counts as one entry, up to a maximum of 13 entries per person. Sharing the same challenge multiple times will not result in additional entries.

Private accounts: If your Instagram account is private, you must send Pole Rage a screenshot of your Story or Reel before it expires so your entry can be verified.

Entry period: Entries can be made during the 13 Days of Halloween Challenge, 18–31 October 2026. Entries received after the closing time/date will not be included. Closing Date 11:59pm UK time on 31 October.

Eligibility: Open to participants aged 18 or over. No purchase is necessary to enter.

Winner: One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries and contacted by Pole Rage via Instagram. The winner must respond within 7 days. If they do not respond, Pole Rage reserves the right to select another winner.

Membership: If the winner is already a Pole Rage member, the six-month prize will be applied to their existing Full Access membership/account where possible rather than exchanged for cash.

Content: By tagging Pole Rage in your entry, you acknowledge that Pole Rage may reshare your Story or Reel on Pole Rage social channels. I would keep this to resharing rather than claiming broad rights to use their content in advertising unless you specifically want that permission.
