Hey, I’m AC — certified XPERT Fitness & Spin City pole instructor, personal trainer, and the founder of Pole Rage®.


I teach at three UK studios, run workshops, and lead a growing online crew of polers who are serious about building strength that lasts.


Like a lot of polers, I fell in love with the sport — but no one was teaching how to get strong. I kept learning new tricks, but without a solid foundation, I stayed stuck (and sore). I didn’t want to keep guessing. I wanted to train smart.


So I took matters into my own hands — studying how the body moves, testing new methods, and sharing my progress online. That’s when I realised: it wasn’t just me. So many others were frustrated too.
