Who I am

Hey, I’m AC — pole instructor, performer, and the creator of Pole Rage®. I’ve taught pole tricks, flow, strength, spin, heels, and flexibility at three UK studios and delivered workshops. I’m also a qualified personal trainer and XPERT & Spin City certified instructor.


My style blends technical strength with musicality, flow, and flair — and I love helping students find their own expression while building serious skill.
